Mission Statement

The major objectives of this program are to inspire the young people involved to practice the ideals of good health and citizenship and to help them build character. To bring them together through the common interest of athletics and sportsmanship. To keep the welfare of the children first and foremost, while keeping the program free of adult ambition and personal glory, and to install a competitive spirit in our team.

2018 Registration Information

2018 - Online and In-Person Registration Information

On-line registration opens March 16th

Some quick facts about registration for the 2018 fall football and cheer season:

  • Online registration is preferred as it is convenient, quick and easy!!
  • Online registrations are processed securely using a credit/debit card and are paid directly to HPMF.
  • Online registration offers the option to pay in full or split your registration fee into 2 payments.
  • Online registration will include a convenience fee of 3.15% +$1.00 per transaction applied at checkout.
  • Early registration discount of 10% for participants who register online before April 30th 2018. 
  • Multi-participant family discount of $20 off registration total (any combination of football and cheer).
  • Volunteer and equipment deposits will be accepted at equipment handouts.
  • Raffle tickets will be distributed at equipment handouts.
  • In person registrations are available (see below)
  • New players or returning players who need a jersey can be sized at one of the in person registrations. 

In Person Registration Dates & Locations
Tuesday, May 8th – 6pm to 8pm – Sussex Firehouse
Saturday, May 12th - 10am to 12pm - Sussex Firehouse
2018 Registration Fees
Tackle Football: $145 + $55 for game jersey (total registration fee $200)
Flag Football: $75
Rec Cheer: $135

Note: 10% discount will be applied to on-line registrations received before April 30th. 

2018 Early Registration Fees (before May1st):
Tackle Football: $130.50
Flag Football: $67.50 (no multi-player discount)
Rec Cheer: $121.50

Volunteer Check $150 (returned upon completion of volunteer time)
Equipment Check $100 (returned when equipment is returned)

Note: Volunteer and equipment deposits will be collected at the July equipment handouts. HPMF will also be distributing all raffle tickets at the July equipment handouts.

Game Jerseys
HPMF will be using the same game jerseys we used for the 2016 & 2017 seasons. Any players who needs to purchase a game jersey will need to do so when registering which will result in an additional cost of $55 and the jersey is yours to keep.

Unsure of what size your player needs? No worries, when registering simply select "Unknown" as the size and come to one of the in-person registrations, with your player so they can be properly sized.

Late Registrations
Any registration after June 14th will only be accepted via online registration as no in-person registrations will take place. All late registrations will be charged a $25 late registration fee.
